No contract is needed as it's on a month by month basis, so you can cancel at the end of any month if we're not right for you (which mean no long term commitments or paperwork). Larger, long term engagements are subject to having agreements in place unfortunately.
Since we offer no contract commitments, we do not offer free trials. There may be instances where promotional pricing is available through participating resellers and partners. Tax-exempt nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 50% discount on monthly fees.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal at this time. We understand that some organizations may not be able to pay in this way due to internal policies or other constraints. If you would like to prepay for multiple months, pay via invoice or have have other payment needs, please contact us and we'll try to accomodate you.
Benard's Filter is a monthly service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings page if you are not satisfied with the service, and you will not be billed again. We do not offer partial month refunds.
We're a web based platform, which means there's no software to download and install, and you can access your account from anywhere you have an internet connection and a web browser on a PC or mobile device.
